A level will end if you reach the end line. But achieving it is not a process that you can do in one go. Each level will be divided into 2 check points. If you manage to reach the check point then you will repeat from this point even if you are game over. You might need about 30 minutes or more to complete one level and Earn to Die 2 has 10 levels for you to complete.
For those of you who have played Earn To Die first, the biggest (and perhaps only) difference is the track design used. Earn to Die 2 uses branching tracks and also has a number of shortcuts if you are observant enough to find them. Compared to the first Earn To Die, this increase is a very significant increase. This provides a different level of depth not just as straight and steep as before.
But beyond that there is nothing really new and that makes me a little unmotivated to play it in a marathon. Yes there is indeed a new type of vehicle and it doesnt have much effect. This is also compounded by the fact that every time you enter the next level you will get a plain new car. Your cool car before wont work. Though this can be done in the first Earn To Die.

For those of you who have never played Earn To Die, this sequel will make you addicted. But I cant say the same for those of you who have played Earn To Die first. It seems that the developer just wants to release Earn To Die 2 for the new market without trying to serve the players who have played Earn To Die before. Instead of adding new things, Not Doppler chose to add little things here and there and make the overall gameplay more solid.
