You will start the game with a zombie that runs ahead automatically. The first time this game starts you will not get any instructions so instinctively you will find that a tap will make zombies jump while tap and hold will make zombies jump longer in the air. Your main task is to survive and turn humans into as many zombies. Unlike other endless runner games, here you will not be measured by mileage but by how many people you managed to turn into zombies.
Whats fun is when you turn someone into a zombie (you just hit someone and the person will automatically turn into a zombie), then the zombie will follow you. During this endless journey your zombies will encounter several obstacles such as a car that will try to crash into you, a collapsed road or a bomb. Every time you get hit by an obstacle your zombie count will decrease by 1 and the game will end if you dont have zombies anymore.
Like other endless runner games, the core of this game is very simple so it needs to be added with several features to make it not bored. But you dont need to worry because Zombie Carnaval is a feature-packed game. The first is, in the middle of the game you will find a power-up box that can give a special power / strange. An example is the Dragon power-up, here your zombies will turn into lions and the longer the zombies that follow you the longer the lion tails or you can also turn into zombie football players complete with their typical clothes and helmets. This power-up even though the type is not too much (around 6) but really unique and strange (in the sense of a strange fun).
Another feature that is also embedded in this game is a mini quest like the Jetpack Joyride game. Every successful mini quest will add experience to level up and you will also get gold every level up. While the level itself has no effect on anything. Zombie Carvanal graphics can be fairly good and smooth. Although not using 3D animation like Cordy Sky but still exciting to see, especially the background of the game that is quite detailed and animated (not static). As for the control and sensitivity, this game has a good standard and has no problems while I play, after all the game is quite simple so it doesnt really need a level of control that is detailed and sensitive.
Actually if you notice there are many aspects of Zombie Carnaval that are quite similar to Jetpack Joyride, but even so, Zombie Carnaval still has a fresh difference for this genre. The only complaint I have about this game is that the obstacles are designed too randomly so that some obstacles cannot be passed regardless of how good you play, like the helicopter is above and the bomb is under at the same time so you cannot do anything besides sacrificing your zombies. But fortunately this rarely happens.
I enjoy playing my time with Zombie Carnaval, the game even though it doesnt have a totally new concept but its still fun to play. Especially when you already have so many zombie followers that even a steel tank will be destroyed when it is hit by this zombie troupe. If you like the concept of the jetpack joyride game but want a fresh theme then Zombie Carnaval is the next best game.
